If you have not given yourself a day to rest yet, do so this week. You could join Dena this afternoon for an online seated Mindfulness class at 12:45 pm to strengthen your connection to your breath. Or log on for an online Yin class with Ariel on Friday at 10 am. If you prefer to be in the studio, the Friday 11:30 am Tension Release class is accessible and deeply relaxing and Hannah's Sunday 4 pm Yin and Yoga Nidra is a great way to unwind.
Deciding to try something new, or something challenging is a commitment. It is a commitment to ourselves to continue to grow and learn throughout our human experience.
