Join us for a yogic celebration of educators. During this complimentary session Sunee will help you create peace and calm through a relaxing yoga session designed to help you lower your stress levels, stretch out, and take some deep breaths.

Transform stress into deep relaxation for your body, mind, and emotions with this delicious, meditative class. Class begins with gentle movement to help you unwind. Restorative postures help you get comfortable. You will then be led through a guided meditation. Beginning with gentle breathwork to harmonize body and mind, we then focus on individual areas of the body to release tension and stress, entering into a state of complete relaxation, or yogic sleep. When you leave class your body and brain will feel calm and rested.
