Transform stress into deep relaxation for your body, mind, and emotions with this delicious, meditative virtual class. Class begins with gentle movement to help you unwind. Restorative postures help you get comfortable. You will then be led through a guided meditation. Beginning with gentle breathwork to harmonize body and mind, we then focus on individual areas of the body to release tension and stress, entering into a state of complete relaxation, or yogic sleep. When you leave class your body and brain will feel calm and rested.

Experience yoga in it's most accessible form in this gentle, beginner yoga class. Every Saturday for three weeks, we introduce you to a new part of a yoga practice. Building understanding each week, we will explore the different aspects of yoga, welcoming questions and building community.
This series will introduce you to the basic alignment and health benefits in common yoga poses, breathing exercises for physical and mental wellness and the positive effects of practicing yoga.
