Fundraiser Exhale to Inhale
w/Talia Steiger
Friday April 19; 6:00 - 7:15 pm
Join Yoga Sole teacher Talia Steiger for a trauma-informed yoga class to support the work of Exhale to Inhale, a non-profit organization which aims to "empower those affected by domestic violence and sexual assault to transform their lives through the healing power of trauma-informed yoga.”
Talia will lead participants in a restorative flow with a focus on self-care and self-love.
Donations collected by QR code at the event will be used to support Exhale to Inhale’s yoga & wellness classes and training programs. While the class is complimentary for the attendees, we ask that you make a generous donation to Exhale to Inhale in exchange.

Talia is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher who received her training in the summer of 2018 through Breathe For Change, a yoga and mindfulness training program designed for educators. By day, Talia teaches science at a high school in Brooklyn where she offers a weekly yoga class to staff so that they can unwind, stretch, and support each other. Once a volunteer at Yoga Sole, Talia is excited to return to the studio and begin teaching community classes where she can reach people at all levels of practice.
Quotes from her students:
"Talia has a relaxing vibe and voice that lends itself well to restorative class."
"The class was very well organized and very lovingly and humanistically taught. I loved it and I felt immediately rejuvenated and yet calmer after."
