Mini Retreat
May 19 - 22, 2023
Take a break and get away without having to worry about travel delays! Join us for our very first in-studio self care mini retreat. Over the course of the weekend of May 19 - 22, take time at the studio to reset, relax, and restore, all while staying at home in Brooklyn.
Mini Retreat includes:
- Access to all of the regularly scheduled YogaSole classes on May 19, 20, & 21.
- Special 90 min hr self massage, relaxation, and meditation candle lit class on Saturday evening, followed by a vegetarian dinner.
- Special 1 hr movement and restorative practice with a journaling session for self reflection on Sunday followed by a vegetarian lunch.
- A basket of self care supplies to take home.
