For the month of February, join us in committing to a daily practice and see what a difference a month can make. You will have the opportunity to explore multiple styles of yoga, meditation, and fitness in a community of like-minded people. Practicing in community will allow you to feel the love and support of like minded individuals while you engage in fitness, self care, and wellness.
In order to take place in the challenge, yogis must sign up before Feb 2, 2024

Teachers will be offering a few additional pop up classes for the month with a wide variety of styles and times available.
While traditional yoga challenges can focus only on the physical aspects of yoga and more stringent styles, we will be offering a wide range of classes that include meditation, pranayama, restorative, yin, flow, fusion, and more. The class offerings are designed to be accessible and inclusive for yogas of all ages, abilities, and experience.
