Join YogaSole for a serene weekend meditation retreat at the Blue Cliff Monastery. Located in the Hudson Valley, Blue Cliff is part of the family of monasteries founded by the Vietnamese Buddhist monk, author, and peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh.
What is included in the retreat:
Shared accommodations for Friday and Saturday nights (4-8 person rooms, with bunk beds).
All meals for the weekend. Delicious Vietnamese vegetarian food.
Large group sessions led by the monks and nuns of Blue Cliff.
Small group yoga sessions led by Dena Levitz.
What is not included in the weekend:
Transportation to and from the monastery.
Towels and bed linens for the bunk beds (available to rent from Blue Cliff).
