Align & Center A gentle class the combines Iyengar inspired yoga postures, and breathing. Class focuses on specific alignment to open and balance the body, inviting precision and clarity to the practice. This class moves at a slower pace.
Align & Flow (Advanced Therapeutics)
In this class, students learn how to safely explore their edges with the intelligence of good alignment while turning their curiosity inward. Principles of anatomy and biomechanics, yoga philosophy, and the wisdom of Ayurveda (the medical science of yoga) optimize your experience on the mat so you can feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally. Practices include asana, pranayama (breathing techniques) meditation, and vinyasa (moving with the breath). This is a great class for beginners and advanced practitioners, individuals recovering from injury, or anyone looking to deepen their practice.
Community Flow Gentle & Strong A moderately challenging, but well-paced class meant for beginners and advanced yogis alike. The intention of the class is to build strength and integrity through the practice of attention. Both in easy and in challenging asanas, students will be guided through detailed anatomical alignment, linking movement with breath, and breath breath with self. End your long week in this sweaty, loving, stabilizing class with your Yogasole community!
Community Flow & Restore A moderately paced class. Beginners will find easy to follow instructions and modifications. You will end the class supported and stabilized by props, one experiences the yoga postures as profoundly relaxing and deeply rejuvenating, invoking a natural state of healing rest, renewal and equanimity.

This class is designed specifically for stamina & strength of alignment. In this class students will explore more advanced postures longer, and deepen their understanding of the asanas. THis class is meant to provide an opportunity for investigation, challenge, and surrender. For the physically active.

Let Your Yoga Dance®is where Joy and Fun meet the Deep and Sacred. You will be led through the 7 chakras while we dance to awesome music. The class starts slow, goes through a warm up, builds energy and then cools down. You will leave having had a lot of fun. You don't need any special dance skills. It's for Everybody, All Bodies. Gentle: A class designed to work slowly with a focus on breath, body awareness and strengthening. Ideal if you have had recent surgery, chronic pain, or just need to work more slowly. Also terrific for our more "mature" students.
An eclectic blend of yoga traditions, using the breath and movement of Vinyasa, the alignment of Iyengar and the heat of Ashtanga. Classes are taught by teachers who have studied more than one yoga tradition. In this class, students will explore their strength and flexibility through a series of postures that incorporates twists, balancing, and some inversion. Yoga Nidra – The Yogic Sleep
An ancient tantric practice that rejuvenates the body, heightens awareness and is one of the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. It has been scientifically proven that by means of guided meditation during yoga Nidra, brain's wavelength changes, thus creating a receptive environment in the body for healing and transformation while experiencing a deep conscious relaxation. The class involves movement, sound therapy, and breathing techniques aiming to prepare the body to rest at ease during the Yoga Nidra guided meditation.
Yoga Tune Up®Pain Relief Gentle: Invite health and wellness into your being on all levels: Release tension in muscles by rolling on foam rubber therapy balls, maintain healthy range of motion in joints through simple dynamic movement, return the body to correct alignment with specific yoga-based corrective exercises, soothe your nervous system through purposeful conscious breathing. All levels/ages are welcome.
Yoga Tune Up® – Strength & Mobility
Incorporating the principles of Yoga Tune Up® (integrated embodied anatomy, structural alignment, postural integrity, massage therapy balls) with especially designed postures and movements this class helps you build Strength and regain Mobility to create a balanced healthy body. The class is designed as a perfect adjunct to your vinyasa practice and will help you take it to a new level by teaching you how to recruit the proper muscles so that you can access each pose with ease and confidence. Come prepared to have fun, be challenged and walk away with a new awareness of your body.
Zen Meditation (Zazen) Wednesdays, we sit for 20 min. Thursdays, we will have 2 periods of sitting meditation, alternating with walking meditation and a short reading. All are welcome. No previous experience is required. Class is FREE
LEVELS Basicclasses provide a safe environment for new students to learn the basic yoga postures. The classes are joyful, safe and compassionate.
Openclasses are open to beginner through advanced students and offer modifications and variations so that each student can enjoy practicing at their own pace.
