What is this place and why have you brought me here?
Welcome, please have a seat. Here you will find my observations regarding practice and life (or, my practice and my life). Practice, meaning the practice of mindfulness as taught by Buddhist master Thich Nhat Hanh; life, meaning what happens on and off the cushion, and everywhere in between.
Mary Hart is a local acupuncturist who specializes in chronic pain and traumatic injury. She graduated with honors from Tri-State College of Acupuncture in New York City. She has created a thriving practice in Park Slope, Brooklyn and Greenwich Village in Manhattan. She has additional training in Myofascial Release Therapy to complement her extensive training in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture. She would love to help YogaSole's students improve their function and range when it comes injury and pain getting in the way of yoga practice.
